Poziv/Invitation
Pozivamo Vas da sudjelujete na 42. hrvatskom simpoziju mljekarskih stručnjaka s međunarodnim sudjelovanjem, s mogućnošću usmene ili poster prezentacije, predstavljanja ustanove/tvrtke ili kao sudionik.
You are invited to participate in the 42nd Croatian dairy experts symposium with international participation with an oral or poster presentation, presentation of your institution/company or as a participant.

Osnovni cilj Simpozija je upoznati mljekarske stručnjake i širu javnost s rezultatima najnovijih znanstvenih istraživanja iz zemlje i inozemstva iz područja mljekarstva, te na taj način omogućiti kvalitetniji prijenos znanstvenih dostignuća u praksu. Želja nam je uspostaviti bolju suradnju znanstvenika i stručnjaka iz zemlje i inozemstva u zajedničkom interesnom području mljekarske znanosti i prakse.
The main goal of the Symposium is to present to the dairy experts and the general public the results of scientific and professional work of Croatian and international specialists and in this way enable a better transfer of scientific and professional achievements into dairy production. We also wish to establish better collaboration between scientists from the universities and specialists from the dairy industry from Croatia and abroad in their common field of interest in milk science and practice.

Upute za pripremu i slanje sažetaka/Instructions for preparation and submission of abstracts
Molimo autore da se prilikom pisanja pridržavaju sljedećih tehničkih uputa/Authors are kindly asked to observe the following technical instructions:

  • Sažetke na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku potrebno je pripremiti u Microsoft Word for Windows, font Times New Roman, veličine 12 točaka. Koristiti jednostruki prored (single space) s poravnatim marginama (justified alignment)./Abstracts in Croatian and English should be written in Microsoft Word for Windows, font Times New Roman, size 12 points. Use single spacing with justified alignment.
  • U sažetku treba opisati cilj rada, glavne rezultate istraživanja i kratak zaključak./Abstract should contain the aim of the paper, essential research results and a brief conclusion.
  • Sažetak treba sadržavati do 1500 znakova, uključujući razmake između riječi./Abstract should contain up to 1500 characters, including spaces.
  • Ispod sažetka, autor treba navesti do pet ključnih riječi, odvojenih zarezom./Not more than five keywords should be given, separated by commas.
  • Naslov rada pisati malim slovima podebljano, veličine 14 točaka. Naslov rada treba biti precizan, maksimalno 100  znakova ne računajući razmake između riječi./Titles should be written in lowercase and bolded, size 14 points, left alignment. The title should be brief and precise, not more than 100 characters without spaces.
  • Autore (puna imena i prezimena svih autora, bez titula) pisati malim slovima, veličine 12 točaka./Authors (full names and surnames of all authors, without titles) should be written in lowercase, size 12 points.
  • Adresu pisati malim slovima, kurziv, veličine 11 točaka. Samo za kontakt osobu iza potpune adrese navesti i e-mail./Address should be written in lowercase, italic, size 11 points. E-mail should be added to the full address only for the contact person.
  • Ključne riječi treba pozicionirati ispod Sažetka./Keywords should be written below the Abstract.
  • U sažetku nije dopušteno prikazivati tablice, grafikone, crteže i slično./Abstract should not contain tables, graphs, drawings, etc.
  • Sažetci koji nisu pisani prema tehničkim uputama bit će vraćeni autorima./Abstract not written according to the technical instruction willbe returned to the authors.
     

Sažetke poslati u elektronskom obliku kao dokument u privitku (attached file) na e-mail adresu: urednik@hmu.hr zaključno do 1. srpnja 2016. godine.
Abstracts should be submitted in electronic form as attached files to the e-mail address: urednik@hmu.hr not later than by July 1st, 2016.

Znanstveni odbor simpozija zadržava pravo izbora radova za usmenu ili poster prezentaciju.
The Scientific committee reserves the rights to select the papers to be presented as oral or poster presentations.

Pozitivno recenzirani sažeci i radovi bit će objavljeni u Zborniku sažetaka, ako je po radu uplaćena jedna kotizacija najkasnije do 15. listopada 2016. godine. Kotizacija omogućuje pravo sudjelovanja na Simpoziju samo autoru na čije ime je uplaćena.
Papers with a positive reviewers’ opinion will be published in the Book of Abstracts if at least one registration fee was paid per paper by October 15th 2016. Registration fee entitles only the author in whose name it was paid to participate in the Symposium.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Priprema postera/Poster preparation

Za sekciju postera prilozi se pripremaju u veličini 841x1189 mm (širina x visina), format A0.
Contributions for the poster section should be sized 841×1189 mm (width × height), A0 format.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Kotizacija/Registration fee

Kotizacija iznosi 1000,00 kn (s PDV-om), a uplaćuje se na IBAN Hrvatske mljekarske udruge HR5423600001101408596 prema ponudi koju ćemo Vam poslati e-poštom nakon primitka prijave. Kotizacija za članove Hrvatske mljekarske udruge iznosi 700,00 kn (s PDV-om). Kotizacija uključuje slobodan pristup svim izlaganjima i događanjima simpozija, svečanu večeru, tehničku podršku, materijale simpozija i potvrdu o sudjelovanju.

Registration fee per participant is 1000,00 Kuna (including VAT.) and should be paid to IBAN HR5423600001101408596, BIC/SWIFT ZABAHR2X according to invoice which you will receive on your e-mail after registration Registration fee for Croatian Dairy Union members is 700,00 Kuna (including VAT.). Registration fee includes access to all presentation and program events, formal dinner, technical support, symposium materials and participation certificate.

Napomena/Note

Sudionici s uplaćenom kotizacijom trebaju prilikom registracije predočiti potvrdu o uplati. Predočenjem uplatnice prije početka Simpozija sudionici će dobiti Zbornik sažetaka i akreditacijsku karticu, koju su obvezni nositi prilikom ulaska u dvoranu. Registracijski pult nalazi se ispred Kongresne dvorane i bit će otvoren za registraciju u vrijeme održavanja Simpozija.
Participants should present their payment slips at registration. After presenting the payment slip, each participant will get a copy of the Book of Abstracts and a badge, which has to be worn whenever entering the lecture halls.The Congress Registration Desk in front of the Congress Hall will be open for on-site registration in the Symposium time.
