Osnovni cilj Simpozija je upoznati mljekarske stručnjake i širu javnost s rezultatima najnovijih znanstvenih istraživanja iz zemlje i inozemstva iz područja mljekarstva, te na taj način omogućiti kvalitetniji prijenos znanstvenih dostignuća u praksu. Želja nam je uspostaviti bolju suradnju znanstvenika i stručnjaka iz zemlje i inozemstva u zajedničkom interesnom području mljekarske znanosti i prakse.
The main goal of the Symposium is to present to the dairy experts and the general public the results of scientific and professional work of Croatian and international specialists and in this way enable a better transfer of scientific and professional achievements into dairy production. We also wish to establish better collaboration between scientists from the universities and specialists from the dairy industry from Croatia and abroad in their common field of interest in milk science and practice
